The latest release of LotusLive Symphony -- Tech Preview 3 -- is here and full of enhancements!

  • Now available -- Presentation editor. Collaborate with others on presentations. Make comments, assign slides, co-edit.
    The Presentation editor supports text boxes, rich text, bullets, tables and inserting and resizing images. You can also change the slide layout or slide master styles. Presentations also allows you to navigate, delete and reorder slides through the slide sorter panel (left side) and play slide shows. The Presentation editor also supports the rich collaboration capabilities in documents and spreadsheets such as commenting and assignments.
  • Also improved -- the Spreadsheet editor now allows users to sort, merge/split cells in a row, show/hide cells, auto fill content and formulas through dragging the cell, copy/paste of cells, range of cells and rows/columns.
  • The Document editor in TP3, is showcasing the improvements to section assignments, including built-in workflow that supports review of sections before marking complete, re-assigning sections, due dates, reject and rework assignments of submissions. Additionally, you can assign a document to an existing Activity through improved integration with Activities. (These enhancements will make their way into Spreadsheets and Presentations in future builds.)
  • All the editors are have the improved side panel for managing editors, assignments/tasks and comments. And, you can now export your LL Symphony documents into ODF format for downloading and editing locally.
